Mukesh Ambani's online grocery venture JioMart has now started in more than 200 cities. Till now it was operational in Navi Mumbai, Thane and Kalyan in Maharashtra. Damodar Mall, CEO of Grocery Retail at Reliance Retail, has tweeted that Geomart is now delivering goods to more than 200 cities in the country. Pin codes placed on JioMart indicate that JioMart has become operational in many Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities like Chandigarh, Dehradun, Dhanbad, Gwalior, Kota, Ludhiana, Surat etc.

Customers of Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and other metro cities can also place orders at Geomart. Geomart competes with BigBasket, Growers, Amazon Pantry, Flipkart Supermart etc. Like other online marketplaces, goods can be registered and ordered on Geomart's website.

In addition to grocery, personal care, home care and baby care products can also be ordered at Geomart. The company is also offering a minimum 5 percent and maximum 50 percent discount on select products. According to Geomart, delivery of orders takes place within two days but due to increase in orders, it can be delayed. Users can pay with the JioMoney wallet while ordering at JioMart. Apart from this, there is also the facility of payment and cash on delivery from other mobile wallets, cards, net banking.

Customers wishing to avail the service of JioMart through WhatsApp will have to store JioMart's WhatsApp number 8850008000 in their phone contacts. Will have to be sent by typing 'Hi'.
