RBI has given information by tweet, according to which people may have trouble in NEFT fund transfer on 23 May. This service will be closed for a few hours. RBI has alerted customers that on May 23, NEFT service will not work for a few hours. In such a situation, the Reserve Bank of India has suggested that people should get their work done ahead of time.

According to information shared by RBI, the payment system through NEFT will be interrupted for 14 hours on May 23. During this time you will not be able to send money to another account with the help of NEFT.

RBI tweeted and wrote that on 23 May 2021, the NEFT service will be closed from 12:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 23 May 2021. RBI wrote that due to technical upgradation this service will be interrupted for a small rate. While NEFT service will be interrupted, T will not work from 00:01 am to 14:00 pm (12 pm to 2 am on May 23), but the RTCS facility will continue to function smoothly.
