• Go to Settings and click on Storage/Memory


• In this, in the storage list, you will see which content is consuming the most storage space of your phone. In this list, you will see the consumption of internal memory


• Then click on Memory and then click on Memory used by apps


• This list will show you the app usage in 4 RAM intervals (3 hrs, 6 hrs, 12 hrs, and 1 day)


• Now you will know which mobile app is using how much of your RAM important information 


Based on this information, you can kill or uninstall apps that consume more RAM immediately. If your internal storage is almost full then this is a big reason for the slow down of the phone.
