Consulting firm RedSeer has said that India's consumer digital economy will be $800 billion by 2030. At the same time, India's online retail market will also become the third-largest market in the world after the US and China, touching $55 billion in 2021 and $350 billion by 2030. 


Along with this, the grocery business is also estimated to reach about $1,500 billion by 2030. In 2020 it was a market of 85-90 billion dollars. The main reason for this is the increasing popularity of online services like e-commerce and digital education technology in the country.

Anil Kumar, Founder, and CEO of the company said, “Today more than 50 percent of customers say that they use online services because of convenience. 


A few years back, around 70 percent of the customers said that they used to because of the discount in the price, but with the advent of COVID, digital services have undoubtedly served the customers a lot. This is reflected in customer satisfaction and willingness to continue to use digital services as an important means of meeting their needs.


He said that with the advent of new entrepreneurs, innovation will be created which will make the Indian model successful on the world stage.


NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant said that amidst the Corona epidemic, there is a massive problem being created globally. He said companies are looking for alternative locations and in this regard, India can become an integral part of the global supply chain.
